Australian Curriculum.

What is the Fee
Structure?

The tutoring fee is charged per hour,
and it depends on the year level:
Year 5 to 7 : A$ 10.95 per hour (+GST)
Year 8 to 10 : A$ 11.95 per hour (+GST)
Year 11 & 12 : A$ 13.50 per hour (+GST)

How many hours should I
buy?

|
You can buy either 25 hours or 50
hours through prepayment.
|

Is there a registration
fee?
|
|
Yes, there is a one time registration
fee of A$ 50 (+GST) per student.
This registration fee is for the lifetime of the student. This means that the
Registration fee is charged only once from a student, no matter how many
subjects or how long or how many years he/she uses our tutoring service.

How much should I pay
to start using the tutoring services?
|

The short answer is
the fees + Registration fee of A$ 50+GST.
The fee structure for Prime Streams Members is as follows:
For 6 months (25 hours of classes):
Years 5 to 7 : A$ 356.13 (including GST)
Years 8 to 10 : A$ 383.63 (including GST)
Years 11 & 12 : A$ 426.25 (including GST)
For 12 months (50 hours of classes):
Years 5 to 7 : A$ 657.25 (including GST)
Years 8 to 10 : A$ 712.25 (including GST)
Years 11 & 12 : A$ 797.50 (including GST)

Do I have to pay the
same amount when paying the next time?
|

No, You do not have to pay the
Registration fee. So when continuing and paying after the first time, the fee
structure for Prime Streams Members is as follows:
For 6 months (25 hours of classes):
Years 5 to 7 : A$ 301.13 (including GST)
Years 8 to 10 : A$ 328.63 (including GST)
Years 11 & 12 : A$ 371.25 (including GST)
For 12 months (50 hours of classes):
Years 5 to 7 : A$ 602.25 (including GST)
Years 8 to 10 : A$ 657.25 (including GST)
Years 11 & 12 : A$ 742.50 (including GST)

If I am a prime
streams member, do I get any discounts?
|
|
Currently, the Tutor Inn Services
are open only for Prime Streams Members. The prices shown above are for Prime
Streams Members. Non Prime Streams Members have to pay an additional A$3 per
hour of tutoring. (Excluding GST).

How should I pay the
Fee?
|
|
Through your Credit Card, Direct
Deposit in Bank, or through Check or Bank Draft.
|

If I have more than one
child from my house, would I get a discount?
|
|
No, there is no
discount in tutoring Fees.
Note that , each child has to pay the registration fee separately.
|

What would be the
timings of the tutoring programs?
|
|
Your local time 3.30 pm to 8.30 pm from
Monday to Saturday.
|

How is the tutoring
done?
|
|
Tutoring is done online. We use freely
available Peer to Peer Software technology to deliver the tutoring classes.
|

Are the classes 1 on 1?
|
|
Yes, the tutoring is done 1 on 1. Which
means one tutor will be attending to one student only during the tutoring hour.
|

Can I see the
instructor?
|
|
We have the Audio format only.
|
|
Can I contact the
teacher personally?
|
|
No, you are not allowed to contact the
teacher personally. As per the terms and conditions you agree with us, you are
allowed to communicate with the tutor only through the nick name provided for
the tutor.

Would I get the same
tutor every time?
|
|
We ensure that the Tutor would
generally be the same. However, if a tutor is not available for any reason, we
substitute another tutor for the class. Our internal tracking system would make
sure that the student and his/her studies would not be disrupted by changing
over to another tutor, in case if such a need would arise.

How many hours can my
child learn in a week?
|
|
We put an upper limit of 4 hours per
week, so that every child in the community would get a chance to get our
quality tutoring service, at an affordable price. The tutoring would be charged
on an hourly basis.

Would there be evaluation
and practice tests?
|
|
Yes, there would be tests as and when
needed.
|
|
Would the tutoring be done
as per the exact syllabus ?
|
|
Yes, it would be, as per the
syllabus of the state/ territory of Australia that the student would presently
be studying in.

Do I have to buy any
text book or reference material?
|
|
It is not essential that you buy any
books. However, we would recommend text books if you intend to buy any.
|

Are there any "Free
evaluation classes" available?
|
|
No. But, you can get your money back
(100%, including Registration Fee), if you are not satisfied after the first
tutoring session, and before taking the second tutoring session.

Where are the
teachers located?
|
|
The teachers are located in
international locations.
|
|
Are the teachers
qualified?
|
|
Yes, we screen and test the teachers
before they start tutoring.
|

Can I cancel a class?
|
|
Yes, you can, if you inform us 1 week
in advance.
|

Do I get credit for
the hour I cancel?
|
|
Yes, you can, if you cancel 1 week in
advance.
